Arctica stands behind the quality of its products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund or exchange within 45 days of the purchase date, assuming the following conditions are met.

Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached and with a copy of your ORIGINAL invoice.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Arctica does not assume return shipping costs. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount will be deducted from your return or added to your exchange order.

About Your Refund or Exchange:

* Please allow 21 to 30 business days from the date we receive your package to process your return or exchange request. We will notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned item.
* Return item(s) in original shipping carton whenever possible (please remove any existing labels and loose tape) to Arctica, Inc., 637 Howard Street, San Francisco, CA, 94105.
* We recommend that you verify the package has sufficient postage and insure your package for the purchase price, as we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
* Make note of the tracking number for your records.
* For refunds, credit will be issued for the original amount paid on the merchandise returned, excluding the shipping and handling fee.
* Refunds are issued in the original form of payment only. If the order was paid by multiple methods, the refund will be issued first to the credit card, unless otherwise specified.
* Orders placed on other Third-Party Online Stores must be returned and exchanged through those Online stores. Arctica will not be able to accept any returns or exchanges on orders placed on other Third-Party Online Stores.

If you wish to exchange an item, we ask that you place a new Order online and follow the steps above for returning the item to us. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process it according to the terms noted above and refund you the original amount paid on the returned item.
